With the intention of studying Business Analytics and Media, my family and I started setting up the 'Mo' cafe on September 25, 2023. We installed iron frames, built a septic tank, painted, and then purchased stainless steel tables for the kitchen. Joining with me in this extracurricular activity was my schoolmate, Vo Truc, from the French class. He was the one wearing the white shirt in the picture below, while I was wearing red, brown, blue, and yellow shirts.

Our shop's main dishes are avocado ice cream and grilled pork with broken rice. We also serve drinks like lemon tea, ice blended, yogurt, coffee, and soda.
The meat is marinated for at least 3 hours or overnight before grilling. I participated periodically in the marinating process to understand the procedure.
