On the opening day of Mo Restaurant on January 6th, 2024, we sold “Bun rieu” (Vietnamese noodle soup). Even after hiring our ninth staff members, the food was still poorly prepared. Some days we only sold 5 bowls, resulting in losses. So, we stopped selling Bun rieu and switched to grilled pork with broken rice. At this point, I realized the importance of human resources.
